When building with Cramer Homes, do I pick my house from models or can I create a new, custom design?
When you build with Cramer Homes, you have a few options.
Full Custom Floor Plans: We can help you design a home from scratch with every aspect of the home designed specifically for you. Many clients come to us with a plan they have already acquired or created. Others have nothing more than sketches on a napkin. We can help turn these ideas into a reality. We can also help you find or create custom home plans from the very beginning!
Partial Custom Design:
We can use one of our existing plans as a template and make alterations to customize the plans to meet your needs! Adjusting size, changing or moving walls, adding rooms, extra garage space or a finished basement are just a few of many ways we can customize an existing plan to meet your needs.
Personalized Existing Plan:
Have you fallen in love with one of our floor plans but you’d prefer to build the same home somewhere else? Maybe you’d like to select your own flooring, paint colors and cabinets… This is what we’d call a “personalized” existing plan.
Model Homes: Ask to view one of our model homes or about our green building practices.
